Therapy that meets you where you are
There is no need to have everything figured out before you begin. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or simply curious about yourself, our work starts with what feels present for you.
Together, we create a space where experiences can be explored with compassion, curiosity, and without judgement.

A little about me
My work is grounded in Compassionate Inquiry and informed by a range of complementary therapeutic approaches.
For over seven years I have supported frontline police officers and other first responders alongside people working in high-pressure environments, individuals navigating anxiety, grief, burnout, addiction, trauma, and life transitions.
Above all, I aim to offer a space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported as we explore what matters most to you.
How I work
Every person arrives with their own story, experiences, and way of making sense of the world. Rather than following a fixed approach, I work collaboratively and at a pace that feels manageable for you.
Together, we explore what may lie beneath the difficulties you are experiencing, bringing curiosity and compassion to patterns that may have developed as ways of coping or protecting yourself. As understanding deepens, new possibilities for change can begin to emerge.
