Soft light through trees
1:1 Therapy

A space to slow down, explore, and reconnect with yourself

Sometimes the patterns that shape our lives begin long before we are aware of them. Through gentle exploration and compassionate inquiry, we can begin to understand what lies beneath anxiety, overwhelm, self-criticism, or disconnection.

Our work together is collaborative, thoughtful, and guided by your own pace and experience.

Therapy that meets you where you are

There is no need to have everything figured out before you begin. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or simply curious about yourself, our work starts with what feels present for you.

Together, we create a space where experiences can be explored with compassion, curiosity, and without judgement.

My work is grounded in Compassionate Inquiry and informed by a range of complementary therapeutic approaches. Together, we draw on what feels most supportive for you.

Frequently asked questions

What can I bring to therapy?

Anything that feels difficult, confusing, painful, overwhelming, or simply hard to make sense of. You don't need a diagnosis, a clear reason, or the "right" words to begin. We start with whatever is important and present for you.

How do I know if we are a good fit?

The relationship is an important part of the process. A free introductory call gives us an opportunity to connect, explore what you're looking for, and see whether working together feels right for both of us.

Are sessions online, in person, or both?

I offer sessions both online and in person. Together, we can decide which feels most supportive for your needs, circumstances and of course, your location.

What if I feel nervous about starting?

Feeling nervous is completely understandable. Reaching out for support can feel like a big step. We will go at a pace that is manageable, creating a space where you can feel safe, heard, and supported.

What happens in a session?

Each session is guided by what feels most important for you in that moment. Through conversation, reflection, and gentle inquiry, we explore your experiences with curiosity and compassion, allowing deeper understanding and awareness to emerge.

Do I need to prepare anything before we meet?

No preparation is needed. You are welcome to come exactly as you are. Sometimes people arrive with a specific issue they would like to explore, while others simply know that something doesn't feel quite right.

How many sessions will I need?

There is no fixed number of sessions. Some people come for support around a specific issue, while others choose longer-term work. We can regularly review what feels most helpful for you.

Is everything I share confidential?

What you share is treated with the utmost care and confidentiality. The only exceptions are situations where there is a legal or ethical obligation to act to protect your safety or the safety of others. This will be discussed fully before we begin.

When you're ready

Book a free introductory call and we'll take the first step together, exploring whether this feels like the right support for you.
